About our provider
Tamara is the ARNP at Jata Care Medical Services and she is a servant to her community. She has spent the majority of her career in the Emergency Department where she started out as a RN over 15 years ago. She then decided to further her education and got her Master’s in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her career as a nurse practitioner started out in quick care clinics, primary care, and urgent care.

Suboxone, Naltrexone, Antabuse, Campral MAT
Cold/Flu/Upper respiratory infections/Sinus infections
Basic clearance for cosmetic surgery (with no pre-existing conditions)

Prices
Base prices start at the following amount but are subject to change at time of visit.
- New patients $100
- Established patients $50
- Quick care complaints $75
- Prescription refills $20
- Surgical clearance $150
- Additional charges for tests will be added at time of visit
